Overview of the Role The Transformation Lead will significantly influence the organization's strategic vision by driving change initiatives across VBP to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and business agility. This role involves leading cross-functional programs that transform processes and systems to adapt to changing business needs and market demands. Main duties include: Strategic Transformation & Process Excellence Lead transformation initiatives (Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, process reengineering). Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend best practices. Develop plans for initiatives with stakeholder engagement, timelines, budgets, and metrics. Ensure compliance with quality management standards. Maintain process documentation and functional frameworks. Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyze data to provide insights for business improvement. Report on analytics and outcomes of transformation initiatives. Create executive-level reports on project impact and KPIs. Project & Program Management Implement new systems and programs aligned with business goals. Draft execution strategies for timely delivery. Coordinate resources for project execution. Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Develop training roadmaps and secure resources for implementation. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead and mentor Process Excellence teams to support development. Facilitate stakeholder meetings on process changes and strategies. Communicate changes effectively to ensure adoption. Build relationships with delivery and support teams for successful transformation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience At least 4 years' experience in the role Proven experience in transformation leadership, process excellence, and project management. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other improvement methodologies.
