A top candidate should be able to manage the “transform” agenda for an EXL executive leader (in Analytics vertical) that include – financial governance for 20+ client accounts, compliance adherence, staffing and P&L optimization, communication and leadership enablement. Two critical aspects of this role are 1. Act as a Management Consultant and design high quality presentations and storylines for senior leadership. 2. Work with respective EXL business units (BPO, Payment, Data management etc.) enabling large and cross functional deals The candidate is also responsible / would be supported by a PMO team of 10+ members to enable them to deliver.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing the transformation agenda for an executive leader in the Analytics vertical, focusing on financial governance, compliance, staffing, P&L optimization, and leadership enablement across 20+ client accounts. A critical function is acting as a Management Consultant to design high-quality presentations for senior leadership and enabling large, cross-functional deals with various business units.
