We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to join Julius Baer’s Global Service Delivery India (GSDI) team as Junior Transformation Manager, based in Zurich. This newly established role will play a key enabling function in advancing the Bank’s strategic offshoring initiative through the development and maturation of its delivery centres in India. YOUR CHALLENGE Take over end-to-end responsibility for assigned priorities and coordinate all related activities to successfully develop Global Enterprise Services (India). Close collaboration with GSDI team on all operational and strategic topics Develop, format, and finalize high-quality presentation decks and reporting materials for senior stakeholders Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics (scheduling, invites, technical setup, pre-reads) and ensure follow-through by documenting outcomes, tracking action items, and driving timely follow-up to maintain accountability Maintain and continuously improve SharePoint workspaces, including team sites, Kanban boards, and shared repositories for optimal collaboration Govern central documentation assets to ensure accuracy and accessibility In collaboration with the India leadership team, collect, validate, and consolidate performance data and KPIs from stakeholders for inclusion in GSDI reports Support internal communication initiatives by drafting and coordinating messages, updates, and programme announcements Assist in organising and tracking employee engagement surveys, including participation monitoring and preliminary results compilation Manage and update distribution lists, organisational charts, team dashboards, and other recurring management information Maintain risk and issue logs with accurate classifications, ownership, and escalation flags to support proactive governance Conduct research on operational or transformation-related topics and prepare concise summaries for leadership input Drive small-scale process improvements and support standardisation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability within GSDI YOUR PROFILE Highly Organised & Structured: Capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy even under pressure Strong Written Communication: Excellent command of English (verbal and written); ability to draft clear, concise, and professional messages and documents, including senior management deliverables Digital Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote; familiarity with collaborative workspace management is essential Project Management: Demonstrates understanding of project coordination principles, including task tracking, milestone planning, action item management, and dependency awareness to support smooth execution of transformation initiatives Proactive & Responsible: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and follows through by taking ownership for assigned working packages without requiring constant oversight Team-Oriented & Collaborative: Works effectively in a matrix environment, interacts respectfully with colleagues at all levels, and builds trust quickly Cultural Openness & Sensitivity: Displays genuine appreciation for diverse working styles and cultural contexts; adapts communication and collaboration approaches to engage effectively with global stakeholders, particularly across Switzerland and India Detail-Oriented: Meticulous when handling data, documents, schedules, and communications Curious Learner: Eagerness to understand banking operations, transformation principles, and global delivery models We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
