QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience influence teams of employees through an operational turnaround of significant

step-change

  • Track record of consistently delivering high-impact results
  • Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • 5 years of business experience (e.g. process reengineering, quantitative analysis, project

management)

  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools and must be a proven leader with a high degree of

confidence, tenacity, and a passion to succeed.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of

sensitive and confidential issues

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in working within an agile, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment
  • Travel within country, up to 50%, must be eligible for international travel
  • Must be well organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
  • A high energy, “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and commitment to success are imperative
