YOUR role

• Transformation: You design holistic transformations and accompany our clients on their journey to modern, digital organizations.
• Target Images & Governance: You develop target images for AI-supported organizations and derive suitable operating models, governance structures and AI governance concepts from them.
• Portfolio management: You manage transformation initiatives at the portfolio level and establish Lean Portfolio Management for the prioritized implementation of business and AI use cases.
• Digitalization: You analyze business processes and transfer them into scalable, AI-enabled platforms, architectures and modern cloud environments.
• Technologies: You strategically use innovative technologies such as Generative AI, Data & Analytics or intelligent automation to sustainably increase efficiency and added value.
• Enablement & Change: You empower managers and teams through workshops, training and coaching, ensuring the sustainable anchoring of transformation in the organization. 

YOUR Skills

• Experience: You bring several years of experience in business, digital or IT transformations as well as in organizational consulting.
• AI & Technology: You understand how Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Automation and Data Analytics can be used effectively in organizations.
• Methods: You have experience with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, Scrum or SAFe, and can provide proof of relevant certifications.
• Architectures: You have solid expertise in IT architectures, cloud services, integration patterns, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Communication: You are analytical, have strong communication skills, and can explain complex technical and AI-related topics in an understandable way.
• Innovation: Ideally, you bring initial practical experience with generative AI tools, AI ethics, data quality, or automation technologies.
• Background: You are enthusiastic about digital technologies and new IT trends – ideally complemented by a degree or comparable qualification.
• Language skills & mindset: You have German skills at least at C1 level, work collaboratively, and enjoy actively shaping transformation. You're a good fit for us if you identify with our values ​​and our consulting approach .
