Description

Overview:
Element is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead-to-Cash (LTC) Transformation Manager to drive the modernization of our Order-to-Cash and Customer Management processes as part of our global ERP transformation. This role will support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across multiple legal entities and business units, enabling standardized, efficient, and scalable LTC processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of D365 F&O, collaborating across functions to improve the customer experience, streamline revenue recognition, and integrate critical upstream and downstream systems including CRM (D365 CE), LIMS, Group CPM (Board), and billing platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Rollout Leadership: Lead execution across waves, coordinating global and local teams to enable seamless LTC deployments in D365 F&O.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with Global Process Owners, Transformation Managers, Global Business Services, and Operational labs to migrate and optimize LTC processes.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize and refine processes including quoting, order management, billing, credit & collections, and customer master data.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Support test planning, execution, and defect resolution for functional and end-to-end testing scenarios.
  • Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer, order, and pricing data throughout the transition.
  • Change Management: Promote user adoption by understanding local nuances and aligning global standards through communication and training.
  • Training & Documentation: Contribute to training design, facilitate training sessions for end users and provide onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Hypercare & Support: Serve as a key point of contact during post-go-live stabilization, resolving issues and ensuring continuity of business operations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a functional expert for the full LTC lifecycle, offering guidance and support to business users and stakeholders.
  • SOP & Process Governance: Collaborate on defining and updating LTC-related SOPs and process documentation.
  • M&A Integration: Support integration planning and execution for acquired entities to align them with Element’s global LTC model
