: We are currently seeking a candidate like you to join our client as a Transformation Manager (m/f/d) in Aalen. Your tasks
- Actively shape, structure, and implement the transformation of a complex data infrastructure team into an empowered product team
- Support the team in their daily work, further develop working methods, and improve processes so that developers can work more effectively in a multi-requirement environment with many dependencies
- Create clarity about goals, roles, priorities, responsibilities, and decision-making processes together with product ownership, development, architecture, management, and stakeholders
- Introduce changes in a measured, pragmatic, and convincing manner, take resistance seriously, and sustainably embed new working methods within the team
- Win over stakeholders from production, projects, and adjacent organizational units to the necessity of change and strategically strengthen collaboration with the team
- Design and moderate workshops, voting, and communication formats to increase transparency, alignment, and shared responsibility
- Critically examine existing structures, identify obstacles, and develop pragmatic solutions that work in the real organizational context
- Make the progress of the transformation measurable, communicate successes visibly, and sustainably secure the change over a period of two years.
Required qualifications
- Degree in the field of Business psychology (m/f/d), business informatics (m/f/d), industrial engineering (m/f/d) or similar
- A solid understanding of software development, product development, and agile methodologies, as well as the ability to pragmatically strengthen teams in the fundamentals of effective collaboration – particularly through transparency, clear prioritization, a focus on core requirements, meaningful results within limited budgets, and the reduction of single sources.
- Several years of experience in change management, organizational development, agile transformation, or a comparable role in a larger, complex organization.
- Ideally, knowledge of C# backend development or the willingness and ability to delve sufficiently into technical solution designs and source code-related issues when necessary to develop sustainable working methods together with the team.
- Experience in guiding teams through challenging change situations, introducing new ways of working, and embedding them sustainably.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders with their perspectives, interests, and dependencies.
- Strong implementation skills, initiative, and drive – you don't just think in terms of concepts, but take action and bring about concrete change. - Resilience, conflict resolution skills, and sensitivity to remain calm and effective
even in stressful situations. Remaining capable of acting despite resistance or within established structures
– A pragmatic, solution-oriented work style and the ability to take responsibility and derive effective next steps even without strict guidelines
– Excellent German and English skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, appropriately, and in a motivating manner.
