EXPERIENCE

  • 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of working with senior executives and managing complex projects.

SKILLS

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in facilitating discussions, managing conflict and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands.

The Transformation Manager serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Vice President (EVP), enabling focus on high-impact priorities by managing cross-functional initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across business units. The Transformation Manager acts as an extension of the EVP, facilitating decision-making, communication, and execution across the organization.
