Description

Transformation Officer Role Purpose The Transformation Officer will collaborate with the Transform Hub Team, Task Forces, and other External Consultants within SC IDN to drive the transformation agenda. The role focuses on internal communication operations, providing administrative support, and conducting desk research to help implement the transformation workplan, strengthening SC IDN’s impact model, revenue model, and operating model toward a diversified NGO model. What you will do: Transformation Project Management Support * Assist with internal coordination for regular monitoring and teamwork, including scheduling and organizing meetings in collaboration with the Transformation and Communications teams. * Provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external consultation processes (e.g., meetings, workshops), including procurement, documentation, and compliance with SC IDN procedures. * Prepare and update transformation milestone reports and quarterly progress summaries as directed. * Monitor and maintain transformation-related feedback and communication platforms, including the Feedback Response Mechanism (FRM), Transformation email, and the Transformation section on SC IDN OneNet. * Conduct desktop research, translation, and editing documents. Maintain organized records of activities, reports, lessons learned, and best practices from the transformation journey. * Carry out administrative tasks and other duties required to support the Transform Hub and Task Forces. Implementation of Internal Communications Activities or Materials * Execute the implementation of internal communication and socialization events, including webinars, town halls, and other activities aimed at disseminating information about SC IDN’s transformation and promoting organization values. * Develop internal products related to SC IDN’s transformation, in collaboration with the Strategic Communications Unit. * Maintain and improve SC IDN OneNet as the organization’s Knowledge Management System, ensuring it supports information sharing and learning. * Conduct research to identify and apply best practices for communication products, channels, and methods to effectively share transformation-related information. Assist in implementing the overall change management process, including activities related to streamline SC IDN business processes and digital transformation. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, conducting desktop research, translating documents, providing logistical and administrative support, developing socialization materials, and performing other duties as required. What we need from you: Essential 1. Degree in social sciences, such as management, communications, and administrations preferred; with minimum of 1 year of experience for bachelor's degree. 2. Experienced in project management, support team coordination with strong ability to develop various documents with exceptional communications skills in verbal, written, and presentation skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English). 3. Solid experience in relevant administration tasks required to support delivering project management/activities. Ability to conduct desktop research, translation, editing, and maintain documentation of activities. 4. Experienced in communications strategy and tactics, with a portfolio of various communications products for a broad range of audiences. 5. Savvy with Microsoft applications, Project Management tools, and other relevant platforms to deliver successful projects. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and as a team member, working with various stakeholders across departments in the organization. 7. Self-motivated and highly flexible individuals who can manage multiple tasks, priorities, and able to meet tight deadlines with high quality deliverables. Desirable 1. Experience working in non-profit sector; 2. Understanding of change management process; 3. Experience in developing communication product; 4. Experience in social research and data analysis. 5. Responsibilities

The Transformation Officer supports the implementation of the transformation workplan through project management, administrative support, and internal communication activities.
