Job Description Purpose The Transformation PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, delivery discipline, and performance tracking across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the Transformation PMO, including governance, standards, and reporting Own the integrated transformation plan across multiple workstreams and sponsors Track benefits realisation, risks, dependencies, and milestones Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders Drive consistency in delivery methodologies, tools, and cadence Act as a critical partner to programme sponsors, workstream leads, and leadership Key Skills & Experience Proven experience leading PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmes Strong stakeholder management at executive level Expertise in programme governance, planning, and benefits management Highly analytical with excellent communication and influencing skills Comfortable operating in complex, fast-changing environments Success Measures Delivery of transformation milestones and benefits High-quality, trusted reporting and decision support Strong governance with minimal delivery friction Additional Information Benefits include: Pension scheme (8% company contribution / 4% personal contribution) 25 days’ paid annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy or sell days Professional fees reimbursed Flexible working Employee referral scheme We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
