What you will do Vision & Strategy: Partner with senior leaders to define and evolve the transformation vision and strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across business units, technology, HR, finance, and external partners using structured communication and change management frameworks. Programme Execution: Lead the delivery of high-impact transformation programmes, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and alignment with business value objectives. Governance & Communications: Manage communications for the transformation function, including leadership updates and change narratives. Oversee operational governance, decision forums, and executive reporting. Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation or strategic change programmes. Expertise in programme management methodologies (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid) and change management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Financial acumen with the ability to connect strategic objectives to financial performance. Effective communicator with strong written and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Understanding of network technologies, infrastructure, and topologies. Experience in telecom, technology, or complex matrix environments. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Development of inclusive leadership and communication strategies.
