Business Transformation: Define priorities, timelines, and strategic processes. Change Management: Drive mindset shifts and new ways of working. Process Improvement: Map, document, and implement optimized workflows. Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Change Manager to lead a high-impact business transformation initiative. This role focuses on driving operational workflow improvements, organizational change management, and financial transparency across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and thrives in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities Lead transformation initiatives across North American operations, ensuring alignment and momentum. Oversee organizational design and coordinated change efforts. Manage project governance, milestones, and delivery with a pragmatic, action-oriented approach. Drive operational workflow transformation across regional R&D laboratories (Microbiology, Chemistry). Develop and implement KPIs, resource plans, and communication strategies. Engage stakeholders and motivate teams to adopt new ways of working. Support finance workstream by redesigning cross-charging models for improved efficiency. Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders. Must-Have Skills & Experience Strong background in business consultancy and business process management. Proven expertise in project management and organizational change management (OCM). People management and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results (not just theoretical knowledge). Experience in process improvement, KPI development, and financial governance. Preferred Qualifications Industrial engineering or commercial product development experience. Familiarity with R&D environments and supply-side operations. Ability to travel within North America and Canada (valid US passport required). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
