We are seeking a Transformation Project Manager & Business Analyst to support cross-functional operational and digital transformation initiatives within a large aerospace environment. This role combines structured project execution with analytical problem-solving, business case development, and stakeholder alignment across operations, customer service, business development, and Digital Technology functions. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end initiatives from problem definition through implementation, ensuring measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and process performance. The main responsibilities of this position include: Analyze business needs and define the problems or opportunities that the AI tool will address. Identify and describe the proposed solution, including key features, technological approach (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.), and technical requirements. Evaluate possible options, including purchasing, in-house development, or collaboration with external partners. Develop a cost-benefit analysis, including: Development, implementation, and maintenance costs, Expected benefits (financial, qualitative, strategic), Estimated return on investment (ROI). Formulate clear recommendations on the relevance and conditions for implementing the project Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, transformation, or similar roles. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated environments preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and business case development preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Proficiency in Excel and structured data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
