  • Relevant experience in complex programmes or transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in integrated planning, RAID, change control, and financial management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams & SharePoint.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
  • A project management qualification – preferred.
  • Experience in consumer goods or large, matrixed organisations – a plus.

As a Transformation Project Manager (Strategy PMO), you’ll be at the heart of our enterprise-wide programmes, ensuring strategic initiatives are planned, executed, and delivered with excellence.

Fixed-term contract: 18 months

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with project leads to develop and manage integrated programme plans, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Own and maintain the central RAID log, proactively tracking risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive delivery discipline by applying project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Track and report on budgets, working closely with Finance to ensure financial alignment and transparency.
  • Consolidate programme reporting, create stakeholder dashboards, and support governance forums with clear insights.
  • Lead governance meeting coordination and maintain programme documentation.
