Description

As a Transformation Specialist, you will drive the execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery through structured planning, stakeholder coordination, and change adoption. You will contribute to solution rollout, governance routines, and frontline engagement to support large-scale transformation programmes. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Transformation Delivery & PMO Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery of AI and digital initiatives. Support governance routines, including working sessions and senior reviews. Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes. Support solution rollout, testing, and performance tracking across channels such as telesales, apps, chatbots, and retail. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the day-to-day coordination point across internal and external stakeholders. Prepare concise updates and materials for leadership. Facilitate workshops and alignment discussions. Change & Adoption Support change management, communications, and adoption tracking. Work directly with frontline teams to understand and address operational realities. We'd Love to Hear From You If Experience You have 2–5 years of consulting experience, preferably from firms such as Big 4, Accenture, or similar. You have exposure to telecommunication or technology industries. Technical Expertise You have strong PMO and execution skills, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You are experienced in cross-functional agile teams, especially in pilot or test-and-learn environments. You have exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or large-scale business transformation initiatives (advantage). Ways of Working You apply structured analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. You communicate effectively, synthesising complexity into clear messages. You are comfortable with short-term contracts or project-based assignments. You are fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.
