Join the newly established Transformational Change Management (TCM) team, a dedicated unit at the heart of the bank’sDigital Business Transformation (DBT). In this high-impact role, you will drive the adoption of strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation — from AI integration to enterprise-wide platform rollouts. You will design and activate change strategies, engage stakeholders, create compelling enablement materials, and measure adoption impact to ensure that innovation translates into sustainable behavioural change and measurable business value. YOUR CHALLENGE Lead and/or support end-to-end behavioural change activities for key bank-wide initiatives, such as the promotion of AI, changes in Operating Models or other strategic change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes Partner with project leads, senior stakeholders, and frontline teams to design and execute tailored change plans that address adoption barriers, resistance points, and user needs Develop impactful change and enablement materials, including communications, training assets, presentations, toolkits, and workshops tailored to different audiences and levels of the organisation Confidently deliver and present key bank-wide initiatives to diverse stakeholders across front, middle, and back offices, ensuring clear and impactful communication aligned with audience-specific priorities Coordinate cross-functional change delivery across HR, Learning & Development, Technology, Communications, and Business Units to ensure consistent, timely, and effective execution Track change readiness, adoption progress, user engagement, and behavioural outcomes using data-driven insights, dashboards, and feedback loops Act as a central point of contact during critical transformation phases, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving concerns, and maintaining momentum across diverse audiences Support the continuous development of the TCM practice by contributing methods, templates, best practices, and lessons learned across initiatives YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, consulting, or another highly regulated environment is preferred (apprenticeship in a Bank is a huge plus) Professional experience in organisational change, business transformation, learning & development, internal communications, HR business partnering, or a related field Proven ability to support or lead behavioural change initiatives that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and embed new ways of working Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence across levels, and navigate complex matrix organisations Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear, engaging, and actionable messages Strong analytical mindset, with experience using feedback, adoption metrics, or readiness assessments to inform change activities and measure impact Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced transformation environment Collaborative team player with high empathy, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine passion for people-centric transformation Fluency in English is required; German or additional languages are an advantage We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
