WSP USA is seeking candidates to fill a full time Transit & Rail Requirements Manager position on the VTA’s BART Silicon Valley Phase II Extension (BSVII) Project.  The successful candidate will be in the San Jose BSVII Project Office and be part of the Contract Package 2 (Track and Tunnel) Program Management Team. As a Transit & Rail Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, design, integration, and delivery of complex transit & rail systems. You will work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure technical excellence and seamless system performance.   This role provides leadership and oversight of the Requirements Management process, reporting to the Program Manager and ensuring contractor compliance with baseline standards.
