Description
ABOUT US The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity. About the role Home Stretch WA is transforming what it means for young people to leave Out-of-Home-Care. Instead of facing adulthood alone at 18, young people aged 17 to 21 are supported, encouraged and championed as they build their futures. You will be joining a large, passionate and collaborative team that truly values each other. It is a workplace where people feel supported, where ideas are shared freely and where the wins, big and small, are celebrated together. If you thrive in a positive team culture and want your work to have real impact, this is a place where you will feel at home. This is a full time, Monday to Friday outreach role based in Morley.
