ABOUT EUROLOOK MEDSPA & SALON

Eurolook is expanding into a full-service MedSpa, Salon, and Clinic in Mission Viejo, CA. We are relaunching in a larger space with two units: a luxury salon & spa and a dedicated medical clinic. To support this transition, we are hiring a Transition Manager who can lead the setup and relaunch, with the possibility of becoming our full-time Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of management experience in a MedSpa, medical aesthetics clinic, or healthcare-related setting in California.
  • Strong understanding of CA-specific compliance requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, licensing).
  • Demonstrated experience in project or transition management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to enforce professional boundaries and maintain a positive, professional work culture.
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling systems, POS, payroll, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Transition Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our MedSpa and Salon relaunch over the next 2–3 months. This is a part-time, contract role (15–20 hours/week) with the potential to convert into a permanent Operations Manager position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the setup of our new medical spa clinic including furniture, equipment, signage, and compliance preparation.
  • Ensure California MedSpa compliance (OSHA/Cal-OSHA, HIPAA, Barbering & Cosmetology Board, Medical Board).
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both medical and esthetic services.
  • Work with the owner and HR assistant to recruit, screen, and onboard staff (RNs, estheticians, stylists, nail artists).
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and supply ordering during the transition.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the owner.
  • Support a smooth soft opening and grand relaunch.
  • Potential to step into a full-time Operations Manager role after successful transition.
