Description

Lead diverse projects including CARE process transitions, transformation initiatives, and digital programmes. Ensure timely completion of deliverables within scope, budget, and milestones. Form and manage virtual project teams, defining roles and responsibilities clearly. Maintain accurate reporting and governance to create a ‘zero surprise' environment. Support commercial activities, generate business cases, and capture value for global committees. Represent VOIS in global reviews, SteerCos, and conferences. Experienced project/program management professional with 3-5 years in Shared Services, BPO, or advisory environments. Skilled in leading complex projects and applying thought leadership to deliver business solutions. Holds a relevant degree in IT, Business Management, Economics, or similar. Certified in PMP, Prince2, APM, ITIL or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management and influencing abilities. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and digitalisation methodologies. Commercially savvy and passionate about delivering innovative solutions.
