SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our team in St. Mary’s County. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the mental health and development of youth contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to the marginalized and vulnerable.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience in the Human Services field is required. Applicants may substitute related experience on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
• A drivers license with a qualifying driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience working with the mentally ill population.

• Serve as a consumer advocate and the facilitator of an independent living skills curriculum.
• Assisting with entitlement management.
• Coordination of the medication monitoring process.
