WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR AT CAZENOVE CAPITAL
We’re looking for a Junior Administrator to join our Wealth Management division known as Cazenove Capital, which is part of the Schroders group. You will work within the Middle Office Operations team and assist in organising the operational requirements for Schroder & Co’s London external transfer process. Responsible for the co-ordination and to provide support and guidance to the Front and Back Office’s. You will take a proactive role in delivering excellent client service.
You’ll be busy, hands-on and can-do. You will develop deep technical knowledge of our processes and systems and work across the business to challenge, develop and improve our processes and foster a wider understanding. You will be a ‘go-to’ person for colleagues at all levels across the business.
The base: We have an office in the financial centre of London. we have everything here we need to work flexibly.
The team: We’re part of Cazenove Capital, the Schroders business that manages wealth for our clients – individuals, family groups and charities.

You will learn to have technical knowledge of processes and systems and work across the business. The role will be in the Transitions & ISA Governance (TIG) who control and take ownership of the transfer progress for ISA/OIB/SIPPs/GIA’s to and from other brokers, within this role. We provide guidance to the client teams to ensure the ISA rules are adhered to. Support with process changes and testing around system enhancements in-line with ISA regulations. You will gain experience / specialise in Operations.
