We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes performance. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll lead campaigns, run experiments, and take full responsibility for generating pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you will: 📈 Design and own full-funnel marketing strategies that drive MQLs and revenue 🎥 Plan and run high-impact webinar campaigns across verticals 💻 Manage paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, constantly optimizing CPL and conversions 🧪 Lead experimentation and CRO testing across landing pages, emails, offers, and funnels 🔍 Drive SEO and content strategies to increase rankings and organic traffic 📊 Maintain strong lead handling, CRM hygiene, and build reporting dashboards 💼 Lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team, including freelancers and vendors 🕖 This is a full-time role with a 7am SAST start (6am SAST preferred). You’ll thrive in this role if you have: ✅ 5+ years experience as a Head of Marketing or Direct-response Growth Marketer with a track record of scaling campaigns ✅ Skilled in PPC (Google & Meta), SEO, CRO, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and content strategy ✅ Experienced in A/B testing, data analysis, and making insight-driven recommendations ✅ Comfortable evaluating data from agencies and making strategic improvements ✅ Tech-savvy with AI tools, GoHighLevel (GHL), CRMs, and automation workflows ✅ A strong copywriter who can craft messaging that converts ✅ Experienced in hiring/managing team members and freelancers ✅ Proactive, resourceful, and relentless in execution Bonus points if you have: ⭐ Start-up experience ⭐ Background in healthcare or service-based industries ⭐ Strong portfolio of direct-response campaigns We’re looking for someone who embodies our values - someone driven by relentless execution and bold experimentation, who maintains high standards and attention to detail, communicates openly and positively, takes full accountability for results, embraces an AI-first mindset, and believes in going big or not at all.
