POSITION SUMMARY:

The Transition Specialist ensures efficient and compliant property transitions by managing data, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting cross-functional projects. This role supports the Director of Asset Transitions by streamlining processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a central point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and partners to drive operational excellence. This role will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and integral to the efficiency of our asset transition processes, while also supporting broader operational initiatives across the company.

SKILLS + ABILITIES:

• Previous experience in Multi-Family Property Management is highly preferred
• Intermediate Skills in Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred, but equivalent and relevant experience will be considered.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Some travel may be required, up to 25% of the time
