We are seeking a highly skilled trilingual translator fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese to support our international communications. The ideal candidate will provide both written and oral translation services across the three languages ensuring smooth and accurate communication between teams, clients and partners in Japan and Singapore speaking regions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Japanese, English, and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in translation and interpretation across the three languages.
• Excellent grasp of grammar, cultural nuance and business terminology in all three languages.
• Certification in translation/interpretation (e.g JLPT N2 or higher required for communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders).
• Experience working with Japanese colleagues or clients
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Translate documents (e.g., business reports, contracts, emails, project materials) between Japanese, English, and Chinese.
• Provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation during meetings, conferences, and video calls.
• Assist in cross-cultural communication ensuring that tone, context and intent are preserved.
• Support teams with real-time translation needs for chat messages, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
• Liaise with various departments to provide linguistic support for projects negotiations and documentation.
• Preparing documents and presentations directed by CEO.
