We are looking for a Translator (Kazakh language) to join our team. Job Description Translate all copy to Kazakh: Accurately translate and localize content into Kazakh, ensuring natural, culturally appropriate language that resonates with the target audience. Adapt content to Kazakh culture: Ensure content aligns with Kazakh cultural nuances, traditions, and values, incorporating local idioms and market trends to enhance user engagement. Adapt content to suit regional specifics and local market trends in Kazakhstan, ensuring relevance and appeal. Ensure grammatical, spelling, and stylistic correctness of texts. Collaborate closely with CRM content managers, designers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver cohesive campaigns. Work hands-on with CRM tools to place and format localized copy accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within tight timelines, maintaining consistency and attention to detail. Monitor content performance and user feedback to refine and optimize future content strategies. Qualifications Native Kazakh language skills (excellent grammar and writing proficiency). 1+ years of experience in in translations, copywriting, content marketing, or localization — ideally in the iGaming or betting industry. Strong skills in adapting marketing and promotional content. Understanding of digital communication best practices. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Braze, HubSpot) and basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Detail-oriented, responsible, and deadline-driven.
