THE OPPORTUNITY:

Wayfinder is currently seeking a GP local, Safety-focused Transload Operator, responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of our transload facility.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Safety focused
• Reliable vehicle with a clean class 5 license is required (no suspensions or restrictions)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Bulk management experience a plus
• Must be willing to climb elevators and work at height, and complete physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
• Oilfield experience preferred, but not required; Mechanical, systems troubleshooting and knowledge is preferred
• This is a Safety sensitive position, pre-employment testing is required to be considered

• Transload proppant into and out of appropriate storage silos, keeping accurate inventory of product in & out of the facility
• Manage silo levels, reporting, & communicate with logistics team
• Operate transload computer & control systems to load, unload & transfer sand
• Communicate with trucking dispatch & supplier planners for scheduling
