About the Role
We are currently hiring for a Transmission Network Engineer in either Melbourne or Sydney to be our Subject Matter Expert in DWDM/OTN/SDH networks across a range of Product Families from Multiple Well-regarded Vendors. We proudly own and operate one of Australia’s biggest Back-haul networks which hasn’t stopped growing.
This relatively small team manages all Vocus’s Operational Terrestrial & Submarine Back-haul network Vocus Transmission Network Operations is a one stop shop for everything from Faults, Commissioning, Deployment & Upgrades.
You will bring vast experience in the field of Terrestrial and Submarine Transmission networks. And be the a member in a team of Experts in the field who are vastly experienced & knowledgeable in their work area.
The team follows Vocus’s Hybrid work policy and requires participation in on-call Roster for Fault
