We are currently recruiting a Transmission Line Design Engineer in Australia

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The incumbent should be an experienced Civil/ Structural Engineers with strong expertise in the Detail Engineering and Design of Transmission Line Towers, particularly in the High Voltage and Medium Voltage segments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all aspects of design engineering, structural analysis, and relevant codes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory:

• Proven experience in High Voltage and Medium Voltage transmission line structure design, specifically within Australia.

• Knowledge of PLS Tower and PLS CADD simulations software.Familiarity with Australian standards (AS/NZS) and regulatory requirements.

• Preferred:

• Certifications for Engineers in Australia:
• 
  
  
  
• National Engineer Register

• Chartered Engineer
• Membership of Engineers AustraliaProfessional Engineer’s certificate for Victoria and Queensland.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS:

• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good Leadership skills to lead a group of engineersSelf-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work in multiple projects as a team member/Project Manager
