EXPERIENCE WE’RE PRIORITIZING

We are specifically looking for candidates with direct transparency reporting experience - those who have worked hands-on with aggregate spend data, compliance frameworks (e.g. Sunshine Act), and client-facing delivery in this space.

If you don’t have direct transparency experience, we will consider candidates with:

• A life sciences background AND
• Strong analytical skills and Excel expertise, preferably in a multi-client environment.

YOUR ROLE: CONSULTANT, ADVISOR, TRUSTED EXPERT

As a Manager on our Transparency team, you’ll lead multiple client engagements at once. You’ll own the delivery of complex transparency (aggregate spend) reporting—from messy raw data to polished, compliant submissions.
You’ll also be the client’s go-to advisor: understanding their needs, managing expectations, and helping them get it right the first time.
And when it’s not peak transparency season? You’ll jump in to support our other service lines—because that’s what great consultants do.

THIS IS A CONSULTING ROLE (PLEASE READ!)

We want to be crystal clear: this role is for experienced consultants who know how to work with multiple clients at once.

• You’ll juggle competing deadlines and priorities without dropping the ball.
• You’ll shift between projects, clients, and service lines as needed.
• You’re not just executing tasks - you’re managing relationships and delivering expert advice.

If your experience is limited to internal corporate reporting or managing one company’s data, this role isn’t for you.
We’re looking for people who have sold time and expertise as the product, in a professional services or consulting environment.
