Your mission

Are you a logistics professional looking for a challenging role in an international environment? 

We are seeking a Transport & Logistics Specialist to support our transportation operations across Europe, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics services. This position may be filled at either the logistics specialist or junior specialist level, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.

The ideal candidate will be supporting with:

   Transportation Operations: Coordinate daily RDC transportation activities, monitor shipment status, ensure fulfillment of weekly shipment plans, and proactively resolve transportation issues to maintain service quality.

   Tender & Contract Management: Support transportation tenders, collect and evaluate carrier quotations, assist in supplier selection, negotiate with logistics providers, and manage transportation contracts and documentation.

   Carrier & Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, conduct performance reviews, address operational issues, and support the sourcing of new logistics partners.

   KPI & Invoicing Management: Monitor transportation performance indicators, verify carrier invoices, coordinate invoice-related inquiries, prepare fuel surcharge calculations, and ensure accurate reporting.

    Data Management & Reporting: Maintain transportation data in GTMS, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, support audits, and provide operational insights to management.

   Customer & Stakeholder Support: Act as the main point of contact for transportation-related inquiries and collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role
  • Experience in tender management, procurement processes, and contract administration
  • Strong understanding of transportation operations, carrier management, and logistics processes
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with transportation management systems; GTMS knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional Central and Eastern European language skills are considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment
