REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a transport or office administration role is essential.
- Strong background in liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to use initiative to identify, pursue, and secure opportunities.

- Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounts and payroll packages is essential.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our transport team. This role will report directly to both our Office Manager and Transport Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our transport activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the transport team.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to manage queries and maintain relationships.
- Organise and maintain office files and records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of transport activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Contribute to the improvement of office processes and transport operations.
- Assist with accounts and payroll tasks, as needed.
