Bonds Worldwide Express Ltd, Birch Coppice Business Park, Dordon, Tamworth are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support.
The role is an important position within the team and requires a hard working applicant with the ability to solve problems, work quickly and effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties for this role include:

• Processing customer orders and managing bookings
• Handling customer calls
• Updating various inhouse systems
• Regular contact with drivers
• Processing collection/delivery paperwork
• Updating customers on ETA’s
• Support the team with clerical duties such as filing and record keeping
• Assisting staff at management level with any administration duties

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Recent experience working within a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well alone as well as within a team
• Well organised and committed
• A proactive approach to work and have the ability to think on their feet in a fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft 365/Office.
