Data administration, input and management into FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) information systems; Establish and manage transport documents and register chartering operations; Daily planning, follow-up and update of current shipment status; Communication with claims handling service provider concerning customer/supplier claims; Manage the relationships with customers, suppliers and / or providers; Assistance to FVL Dispatchers and Management in daily operations. Own drivers report checking and input to management system; Support to chief accountant during the closing of the month and audits; Data verification with local TMS vs. customer data. Issuing an Invoice to the Customer. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Previous experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry; Knowledge of transportation regulations and documentation management; Fluent in Lithuanian; Good level of English will be an asset; Solid PC operational knowledge related to MS Office, specially Excel; Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong customer focus and feeling for qualitative work; Detailed oriented. Responsibilities

The Transport Administrator will manage data administration and input into FVL information systems, establish transport documents, and communicate with claims handling service providers. They will also assist FVL Dispatchers and Management in daily operations and support the chief accountant during month-end closing and audits.
