Position Details We’re currently looking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Administrator / Debriefer to join our busy team in Lurnea, NSW. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our transport operation—supporting drivers, resolving delivery issues, managing critical paperwork and ensuring accurate completion of Proof of Delivery and manifest information. You’ll be the calm, organised presence at the brief/debrief desk, helping our team deliver outstanding service to our customers. What you’ll be doing Operating the driver briefing and debriefing desk Providing exceptional customer service to drivers and internal teams Processing paperwork including PODs, pallet dockets, return freight and manifests High-volume order entry and daily POD administration Assisting with pallet paperwork and data entry into CHEP/LOSCAM Capturing inbound and outbound consignments immediately on receipt Following up missing or incomplete documentation Liaising with customers to verify and correct delivery information Ensuring all debriefing tasks are completed and communicated to management Safety at Lineage—more than a priority, it’s a value At Lineage, everyone goes home safely, every day. Responsibilities
