Responsibilities

THE ROLE - ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME)

This Administrator role helps keep operations running smoothly by providing clear communication and reliable admin support, especially around transport coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Enter store delivery details into database
  • First point of contact for all incoming contact
  • Ensure correct details of bookings into the freight management system
  • Raise purchase orders as required
  • Assist with any driver pay queries
  • Provide POD’s to stakeholders as required
  • Ensure all documentation is available for each delivery
  • Update freight management system with correct delivery details
  • Collate and arrange all returned paperwork
  • Ensure all drivers run sheets have been returned
  • Checking of drivers run sheets
  • Data entry of drivers run sheets
  • Electronically filing of drivers run sheets
  • Administration support for operations team where necessary
  • This role is for two days per week, preferably Monday and Tuesday, with the flexibility to increase to a third day if and when needed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED

  • Previous experience in Customer Service Administration in a fast-paced high-volume moving environment
