Due to exciting growth we are recruiting for a Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate to join out clients incredibly busy Logistics and Warehouse Team as their Logistics Administrator. For the ideal candidate, we are looking to get you started ASAP.
Our client is a World Class manufacture and supplier of chemicals for the personal care, cosmetics, HI&I and many industrial applications. They offer an impressive wide range of chemical manufacturing capabilities on behalf of its global customer base.
They are part of a dynamic group of businesses engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of chemical intermediates for Personal Care, Household Care and Industrial applications.

Role Summary/Purpose

As our new Logistics Administrator (Graduate) role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Meet and greet visitors/drivers on site.
  • General administration within the department
  • Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to different aspects of the logistics operation, this will include:
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation and coordinate transport arrangements with the hauliers.
  • Plan and monitor all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring vehicles arrive at site on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement and sales, to align shipping schedules with the business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
