The role: The position is responsible to deliver the Transport and Warehouse strategy in Germany. Monitor and analyze logistics performance in breweries, focusing on productivity, budgets, and key warehouse and transport KPIs. Support logistics departments in achieving KPI and financial targets through improvement projects and operational initiatives Define and deliver a transport strategy across all countries in scope, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, cost, capacity, and sustainability Drive initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and optimize transport strategy performance. Manage CAPEX budgets for logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate and execute zone and regional logistics initiatives, ensuring consistency and best-practice sharing. Oversee and support external storage operations, including coordination of stock management and performance tracking The profile: University Degree in Supply Chain Management or comparable 5 Years of experience working is Transport companies and proven expertise in transport management across multiple scopes sites Strong skills on productivity & cost optimization, and operational efficiency throughout the logistics network Experience in monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance, and driving improvement initiatives Experienced in managing external storage operations Experience in working with MS Office and ERP System Fluent in English and German Willing to travel to the Warehouses in Germany BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US We recruit for mindset, ambition, and cultural fit.
