Roles & Responsibilities

Transport Operations Coordination Ability to arrange vehicles for staff deployment, interviews, office requirements, urgent requests, and new site mobilization. Ability to conduct site surveys and assess transport requirements.

Fleet Management Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, accident handling, garage coordination, vehicle inspections, registration/passing, renewal, branding, and RTA/CID-related processes.

Driver & Team Coordination Ability to allocate tasks to drivers and operational staff, follow up on completion, manage urgent deployment requirements, and coordinate with site teams.

Administrative & Reporting Skills Strong Excel and data-entry skills for attendance records, driver deployment records, lease invoices, Salik, traffic fines, petty cash, fuel charges, and monthly reports.

Traffic Fine & Logbook Management Ability to verify traffic fines, identify vehicle users, maintain office vehicle logbooks, and coordinate fine recovery or clarification with users.

HSE & Compliance Awareness Knowledge of vehicle safety inspections, accident reporting, safe driving requirements, roadworthiness checks, company policies, and traffic regulations.

Cost Control & Fuel Efficiency Basic understanding of route optimization, fuel monitoring, preventive maintenance, and reducing unnecessary vehicle utilization or idling.

Stakeholder Coordination Clear communication with drivers, garages, RTA/Traffic Department, internal departments, vendors, and client/site representatives.

Problem-Solving & Urgency Handling Ability to respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, urgent vehicle requests, deployment changes, and operational escalations.

Availability & Reliability Willingness to support urgent deployment-related requirements outside normal working hours, as operationally required.
