Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supporting the busy Primary Logistics team to ensure a smooth delivery of products
  • Responding to queries from the customer service team and direct from customers
  • Debrief
  • Manage Haulier PODS
  • Book courier drivers
  • Dealing with Incoming/Outgoing Drivers
  • Maintain accurate and up to date transport documentation
  • Compile daily reports and KPI’s
  • Deal with customer queries and close down in SAP system
  • Complete driver delivery packs for radial routes
  • Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) to manage data in accordance with GDPR and produce documents and presentations.

EXPERIENCE AND KEY ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience using MS Office
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience working as an administrator within a logistics setting
  • Basic knowledge of working time directive and vehicle restrictions
  • Customer service
