Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for activities associated with the transport operations
• Arrange for the daily pickups and management of associated Drivers & team
• Coordination with clients for placement of vehicles, documentation and necessary passes, approvals and related requirements
• Planning and Optimization of fleet utilization
• Ensure Customer satisfaction and effective handling of customer grievances
• Update concerning sales /customer about any anticipated service failure and necessary problem resolution
• Maintain updated list of Vendors from the registered vendor list
• Follow all required company policies on compliance, process and SOP
• Update Job details and related costs into the system
• Daily reporting and updates on status of work to the Supervisor/ reporting Manager
• Random verification of pre-trip inspection carried out by drivers
• Fuel issuance and monitoring
• Verification of trip expenses
