Job Purpose We are currently seeking a Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Port Botany, NSW. In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate communication between the Rail and Transfers departments across our Sydney Container Parks, with a strong focus on rail export operations. Additionally, you will ensure the timely planning, movement, and delivery of export containers ahead of terminal cut-off periods, supporting operational efficiency and service excellence. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday starting between 8:00am/9:00am. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate export deliveries, rail schedules, and vessel receivals to ensure smooth operational execution Maintain accurate systems and reporting (Modal, 1-Stop) to support inventory control, billing, and KPI performance Communicate proactively with transport providers, rail customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent delays Deliver high-quality customer service, acting as the primary contact for export container enquiries and maintaining strong partnerships Monitor inboxes, manage queries, and ensure service level agreements and zero customer failure KPIs are consistently achieved Adhere to safety standards and HSE procedures, reporting hazards and ensuring compliance at all times Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 2 years’ experience in a transport or logistics role Experience in a similar position, with exposure to Container Chain and 1-Stop advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively within a team environment "The job title in this advertisement is tailored for marketing purposes and may differ from the internal title used within our organisation."
