Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family As a Transport Coordinator for the General Cartage team, you’ll work closely with our drivers, subcontractors and customer to ensure jobs are scheduled, tracked and completed accurately and on time. Your role will combine administration, customer service and coordination responsibilities, from closing our out jobs in our Transport Management System (TMS) to allocating deliveries across our internal fleet and subcontractors so customers are charged accurately and on time. Your daily work tasks will be split, with the first 3 hours of your day spent closing out jobs within the TMS and the remainder assisting the coordinator in the collection and allocation of customer orders to our internal and external transport fleets.
