Responsibilities

Join our dynamic logistics team and work closely with the Outbound Logistics Manager to ensure a highly efficient, compliant, and customer-focused transport operation. A key part of your role will be planning and organising daily delivery routes — with particular emphasis on ROI — to ensure optimal use of drivers, vehicles, and company assets.
You’ll play a central role in managing manpower requirements, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting the implementation of strategic goals across the department. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll carry out root cause analysis to understand and resolve operational variances, while proactively identifying opportunities for supply chain efficiencies such as improved fuel management and vehicle utilisation.
This role also involves overseeing compliance with Operator’s Licence regulations, ensuring all vehicles are insured, taxed, and PSV’d, and maintaining up-to-date operational records. If you’re someone who thrives on logistics planning, team coordination, and driving continuous improvement — we’d love to hear from you.
