- Operation and management of the Cello transport management system

- Handling customer complaints

- Support for the onboarding and training of new specialists

- Creation of KPI reports and ensuring the correct invoicing of transport services

Your qualifications:

- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or extensive experience in logistics

- At least 1 year of experience in transport, freight, or warehouse logistics

- Proficient in MS Excel and logistics systems

- Proactive, solution-oriented work style with a strong customer focus

- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
