Job Title: Transport Coordinator – Coatbridge area - ongoing temporary
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 14:00-22:30
Salary: £13.24 per hour

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organised Transport Coordinator on an ongoing temporary basis to support the smooth running of our transport operations. The role will focus on coordinating drivers, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Computer literate with good attention to detail.
· Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment is desirable.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Dispatching drivers and providing clear instructions for daily routes.
· Debriefing drivers upon return and recording key information.
· Issuing and maintaining driver paperwork.
· Logging and reporting vehicle defects.
· Using computer systems to update records and track activity.
