TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Tender Care PPEC is searching for a Transport Coordinator to manage and coordinate the Spring Hill facility’s patient transport routes and team of drivers. We offer morning and afternoon transport to and from the facility to all patients Monday through Saturday. The Transport Coordinator will supervise and manage the team of Drivers as well as fill in on any routes where needed.
An ideal Transport Coordinator will have a current DOT Physical, clean driving record, Level 2 Background Clearance, and experience with non emergency medical transportation.
Our Drivers work on a split shift schedule; AM shift times are generally from 6:00 am to 9:00 am, and PM shift times from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The route times may vary due to traffic routes and patient needs. Each Driver is assigned a transport escort on route to monitor the patients while you focus on the road.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Clean Driving Record
• Current DOT Physical
• Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
• Commercial driving experience
• First Aid/ CPR Certification

• Manage and coordinate daily transport routes
• Ensure all patients are transported every day
• Load/Unload wheelchair patients & their belongings
• Safe Transportation to and from patient pick ups & drop offs
• Adhere to all Traffic Laws
• Documentation
• Fuel company vehicles as needed
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicle
