SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING TO US

  • Must have previous office experience, with ability to communicate at all levels with both haulier and customer
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills. Knowledge of Excel & Word
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service under pressure
  • A flexible approach and ‘can do’ attitude is essential
  • Compliance with MSC’s email etiquette
