We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Transport Driver to join our team. This role involves the pick-up and delivery of various types of equipment and materials, as well as refueling and support for operations. The successful candidate must have knowledge of equipment operation to ensure safe handling during loading, unloading, and transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials to and from sites.
• Load, secure, and unload equipment such as skid steers, excavators, lifts, and other machinery.
• Safely operate equipment for loading/unloading and positioning when required.
• Transport and deliver fuel, supplies, and other materials to designated sites.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs and transport documentation.
• Follow all transportation safety regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide professional service when representing the company at customer or vendor locations.

Qualifications:

• Experience hauling and securing construction, industrial, or commercial equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment operation for safe loading and unloading.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following protocols.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Physically capable of handling loading/unloading and transport tasks.

Preferred Assets:

• TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods), WHMIS, or other safety certifications.
• Mechanical aptitude for minor troubleshooting of trucks, trailers, or equipment.
• Previous experience in equipment transport, refueling, or related work.
