As an Executive in Transport, your job responsibilities include: Helpdesk Responsibilities: Maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk to receive and resolve transportation queries from employees. Log service requests and complaints, recording complete details of each request. Maintain accurate information on the movements of all transport vehicles. Create daily pickup and drop lists for staff. Keep an accurate list of important transport-related telephone numbers. Prepare daily/weekly reports on transport requests and vehicular movements. Contribute to monthly management reports. Adhere to Accenture SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as agreed. Coordinator Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Transport Team. Ensure timely arrivals and departures. Oversee the Transport operations during the shift under the supervision of the Shift In charge. Display drop-off lists on notice boards. Verify attendance of vehicles, drivers, and vendor supervisors. Prepare the vehicle arrival report and collect pick-up slips from transport vendors. Allocate pick-up/drop lists to vendor supervisors. Conduct routine vehicle inspections based on an approved checklist. Collect and verify log sheets from individual vendors and vehicle tracking. Be accessible for escalation of all transport-related issues during the shift. Communicate all incidents, issues, and pending problems of the shift through the shift log book. Prepare daily/weekly reports on transport matters. Tracker Responsibilities: Track each and every vehicle point-wise and shift-wise. Update the status of vehicles timely on the tracking tool. Coordinate with vendor trackers. Maintain the daily pickup and drop list of employees. Maintain an accurate list of telephone numbers of vehicles and vendors. Check ad hoc pickup and drop requests. Prepare daily/weekly reports on the tracking. Prepare reports on no-show employees. Prepare reports on the number of pickups and drops per day. Ensure smooth information flow to the Helpdesk and Coordinator regarding vehicles and employees. Maintain handing over and taking over documents. Ensure the vehicle arrives on time to the premises. Router Responsibilities: Continually review transport routes to ensure cost-effective and efficient services. Maintain updated route allocations that achieve maximum value for the client. Provide accurate information to staff regarding transport routes. Implement changes in routes as needed. Prepare and forward the roster timeline and defaulters report, including mid-week changes. Respond timely to all ad hoc requests.
